Depression is like carbon dioxide. You can’t see it, you can’t touch it, but too much of it can zap the life out of you. I’m just coming out of a 4 year “funk” as I like to call it thanks to the help of a very dear new friend. Some of my symptoms were loss of interest, loss of motivation, improper diet, no exercise, and low self-esteem. A case where all the negatives overwhelmed the urge to pursue what is good and right.
